JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Operate a sit

• down propane forklift in a safe and efficient manner
  Load trucks with finished goods according to shipping schedules and load plans
  Verify product types, counts, and destinations against shipping paperwork before loading
  Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport
  Communicate with the shipping office and truck drivers to coordinate load

  Maintain clean and organized loading areas Conduct pre
• shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues
  Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines
  Assist with moving pallets or staging loads as needed

Requirements:

Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a licensed or be able to be a licensed qualified forklift operator.
Must be prepared to work in a cooperative environment.
Must be willing and physically able to fulfill the job requirement
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
