TRUCK LOADER / UNLOADER WAREHOUSE GENERAL LABOR
$12 (CALHOUN, GA) Job Overview We are seeking Unloaders / Loaders for a local warehouse in Calhoun, Ga.
Unloaders / Loaders
will be unloading and loading trucks of boxes throughout the day but will not be limited to one department as they will be needed in many areas such as labeling, stacking, building boxes, sweeping and keeping a clean work area. This is a first shift position Monday – Friday and some Saturdays are required. 7:00am – 3:00pm and starting pay is $12.00 an hr. This is a temp to hire position based on work ethics and attendance. Must have your own transportation Ability to stand, knell, and bend throughout entire shift Duties Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment. Build pallets efficiently to maximize space during transport. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in the inventory management process by reporting discrepancies or damages. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in loading/unloading or warehouse operations is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations and equipment handling. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
