We are a medical textile company with a new production facility in Prairieville, LA. We are experiencing remarkable growth, therefore the opportunities for successful individuals can be significant. We’re looking for a Full-Time Evening Shift Material Handler who’s ready to learn, grow, and take on a bigger role. This role offers hands-on experience in material handling and box building, along with full on-site training to take on equipment repair responsibilities during the evening shift. What You’ll Be Doing:

Training Phase – Day Shift (First 3-4 months | 6:00 AM-2:15 PM): During this phase, you’ll receive full hands-on training and support to prepare you for evening responsibilities.

You will:

Operate basic material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand dollies Load machines and operate slitting equipment Build, label, and tape boxes Get hands-on experience in equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and mechanical support tasks Evening Shift Role (After Training | 2:30 PM-10:45 PM): Once training is complete, you’ll move to the Evening Shift, where you will: Build, prepare, and tape boxes for daily production needs Restock and organize materials at workstations Take on mechanical responsibilities, including: Repair & troubleshooting machines Keeping tools organized and maintenance logs up to date Communicating clearly with the day team for shift handoff Provide additional support to the production team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Can lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Mechanically inclined or interested in learning through hands-on experience A self-starter who can work with a team and independently Entry Level EVENING Shift Material Handler (Prairieville) Salary & Benefits Starting salary is $15/hour plus monthly incentives based on productivity .
