Job Description:

Envoltz is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to take ownership of the Warehouse duties of our rapidly growing business. In this position you will have a critical role in the company’s success by handling all shipping/receiving, inventory management, and inventory distribution between warehouse and production.

Job Duties:

• Physically prepares shipments by palletizing or crating
• Prepares and ensures accuracy of shipping documents
• Verifies receipt of correct shipment
• Receives shipments both physically and in the ERP system
• Manages and organizes warehouse and inventory
• Monitors inventory by periodically completing counts as required.
• Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries
• Moves inventory from warehouse to designated shop locations and vice versa to support production
• Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location in ERP system
• Directly reports to the Warehouse Manager and completes all warehouse and inventory related tasks direct by the

Warehouse Manager Job Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Warehousing/Inventory management (Preferred)

Experience:

ERP experience (Global Shop Solutions preferred)

• Certified to drive fork lift

Desired Skills/Traits:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic
