Warehouse Parts Support •8 ENTRY LEVEL •
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Parts Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate parts distribution, and providing exceptional support to our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stored and organized.
Parts Distribution:
Efficiently distribute parts to various departments and ensure timely delivery.
Order Processing:
Process incoming orders and ensure accurate fulfillment.
Quality Control:
Inspect parts for quality and report any discrepancies or issues.
Data Entry:
Perform data entry tasks to update inventory systems and track parts usage.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
File Setup:
Organize and set up files for parts and inventory documentation.
Scheduling and Calendaring:
Assist with scheduling and calendaring tasks related to parts distribution and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse operations or parts management is preferred.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
MATH SKILLS ARE REQUIREMENT
Dependability:
Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
