Full Job Description Warehouse Associate Role Overview:

The Warehouse Associate supports the inventory operations in a fast-paced airport environment. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of warehouse functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Basic computer or handheld scanner skills a plus Forklift certification preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders with attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to resolve order issues Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Sparta Networking is an equal opportunity employer.
