Warehouse Associate Full Time $15 / hr Monday – Friday, 7 am-4 pm Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate position for a local client in East Baton Rouge Parish .
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
for
Warehouse Associate:
Load and unload shipments of tile and materials Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy products Inspect incoming goods for damage and verify accuracy Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits Follow all company safety policies and procedures Provide excellent service when interacting with customers and drivers
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic forklift knowledge (certification not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills Benefits available once hired on Eligible for full benefits (medical, dental, PTO) after 1 year PTO is available after 3 months
