This person will also be in charge of keeping the yard well organized, all product and materials put away and stored neatly and safely, as well as help keep up with inventory management. This role is essential in ensuring that teams have timely access to the materials needed for job sites. Job Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers Organize and maintain the cleanliness and order of the yard and storage areas Assist with inventory control and report shortages or damaged materials Help prepare materials for delivery to job sites Ensure that all safety protocols are implemented and followed Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Implement and enforce policies and procedures Maintain records and reports on yard activities Qualifications Experience operating heavy machinery (excavators, skid-steers, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions Knowledge of basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Exposure to dust, dirt, loud noises, and machinery Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
