Warehouse Technician Position Available In East Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Warehouse Technician GLO Resources LLC Baton Rouge, LA 70805 Glo Resources is currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Technician to work in Baton Rouge, LA. The pay rate is between $16

• 22 per hour depending on experience. The schedule is Monday
• Friday, 7:30 am
• 4:30 pm with occasional overtime depending on project deadlines.

Position Summary:

Will work in our warehouse, picking, packing, and processing outgoing shipments. Our ideal applicant has general warehouse experience with a basic understanding of industrial fasteners. Will work with any applicants that have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Locate relevant items to fulfill customer orders. Pack orders according to the method of transit for the customer. Finalize shipping through our order-processing computer software. May be assigned other duties, as necessary.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail. Great customer service skills Ability to maintain an organized workstation. Experience operating a forklift. Self-starter, willingness to go above and beyond for customer

Basic Computer Skills Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular physical activity, including: Standing for prolonged periods. Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching. Pushing and pulling heavy objects. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
