This position is to assist in the management of foodservice warehouse inventory and receiving in a timely efficient way that is most beneficial to all aspects of operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming stock. Ensures that orders are accurate. Stages items correctly for pick up. Operates pallet jacks (single or double), stand up reach truck equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed. Plans and monitors product storage. Ensures warehouse goals are met. Maintains a high level of health and safety standards. Shrink wraps products to pallets if necessary. Packs warehouse orders as necessary. Works in varying temperatures from -30F – 95F. Operates scanners so that inventory is properly placed and accounted for to be managed accurately. Cleans aisles of warehouse and dock. Performs other general warehouse duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening Must report to work on time and have a good attendance history Basic knowledge of route delivery. Able to read & understand an invoice. Safe driving habits & driving record & acceptable MVR, able to lift 50+ pounds on a continuous basis. Customer Service attitude.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in warehouse preferred Experience working with RF scanner preferred Keen attention to detail Ability to lift heavy objects. Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time; positive attitude; self-motivated; active. Safety conscious; ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment. Good communication skills; ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent at times. Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to routinely lift and move objects weighing 40-60 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
