Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Brand Junkie. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Your contributions will help maintain our high standards of quality and service as we continue to set the bar in the promotional products industry. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments; report and resolve damages or shortages with the operations team. Accurately track and document shipment arrival times using ERP and note condition of goods. Collaborate with operations to prioritize time-sensitive projects and ensure timely handling. Stock, label, and store inventory efficiently based on size, shape, and type. Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels. Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and in compliance with company standards. Operate lifts and hand trucks to safely move materials as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Monitor and replenish shipping supplies and materials as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory role preferred Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and best practices Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and inventory Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or shipping software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, or Excel) Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently If you are ready to be part of an innovative team that sets the standard for excellence in promotional products, apply now to join Brand Junkie as a Warehouse Associate!
