JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Person is responsible for storing materials from receiving in the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS

Issues supplies upon receipt of approved requisition. Delivers materials as required. Aids in taking inventory of all materials. Prepares and maintains reports and records as required. Operates company vehicles as assigned. Keeps storeroom clean and orderly at all times. Acts as a role model to other employees, always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 21 years old or older Highschool diploma or GED is preferred. Must have good mathematical and clerical aptitude. Commercial driver’s license and safe driving record is required. Six months previous warehouse experience is desired. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL ANDENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino and the warehouse. Must be able to continually lift, carry, push and pull heavy materials weighing up to 100 pounds. Must be able to reach below and above shoulders while performing duties. Must possess the ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, weigh scale, pull carts and dollies filled with items weighing up to 100 pounds. Must be able to perform duties accurately in a noisy, busy environment. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
