Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Primary Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner Communicate any customer needs to appropriate personnel Answer/route phone calls and take messages Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts Process all payment using various pay services Collecting products from the warehouse and safely loading onto trucks and vice versa Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma required Previous office/warehouse experience or similar field Expert customer service skills Organizational skills, thoroughness Good communication skills and detail oriented Ability to learn general warehouse tasks Knowledge of operating a forklift Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds Ability to work independently and safely
