Job Summary The Warehouse Associate will assist in receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and supplies within the facility. This role will primarily focus on putting inventory away and ensuring materials are efficiently delivered to the appropriate departments. This position is vital in maintaining an organized and well-functioning warehouse to support overall business operations. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Handling & Organization Receive, unpack, and store non-cannabis inventory, including packaging, lab supplies, and maintenance materials. Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored in designated locations. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Material Transport & Distribution Move supplies and inventory to the appropriate departments as requested. Assist in restocking production and operational areas to maintain optimal workflow. Use hand trucks, carts, or other equipment to transport materials safely. Warehouse Support & Collaboration Work closely with the Warehouse Specialist to track inventory movement and assist with audits. Help identify low stock levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with good communication skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
