Job Benefits Starting pay:
$18.00 per hour Monthly & weekly performance-based bonuses Opportunities for performance-based pay raises (after ~21-90 days) Paid training & career advancement opportunities Flexible, seasonal work schedule (March to October) Fun team bonding events & gatherings Work outside, not in a warehouse environment Job Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle to customer homes for mosquito control treatments Carry and use a 50lb backpack sprayer for the duration of the treatment Mix pesticides and apply treatments according to safety guidelines Maintain excellent customer relations while on-site Ensure a clean and organized work environment Work outdoors in various weather conditions Job Requirements No experience needed (paid training provided) Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work semi-independently and follow instructions Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule (4-5 days per week) Join Our Team If you enjoy working independently, being outdoors, and making a difference for customers, we want to hear from you!
