The internal as well as external appearance of our client’s facilities not only reflects on the client; it also reflects the company as well. The ideal candidate will be experienced in warehouse sanitation and/or custodian work. The positions focus will be on the facilities upkeep, cleanliness as well as safety. The candidate must have the following traits:

• Sweep and Mop
• Be able to lift over 50 lbs
• Ensure facilities are prepared for the incoming shift
• Trash
• General Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Stripping floors
• Waxing and Buffing
• Carpet cleaning
• Sanitation
• Spill clean-up
• Janitorial Tasks
• Disinfecting
• Maintain Outside perimeters Requirements
• Experience as custodian, janitor or cleaner
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment
• Conscientiousness
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals safely
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
• Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed
