2pm to 10:30pm Responsibilities of the Receiver/Material Handler Receive, inspect, and verify the contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy. Assuring no damaged items are received if damaged report to correct personnel about damaged shipment. Accurately log inventory data into the ERP System (SAP). Following through on all material movements to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures. Skills and Qualifications of the Receiver/Material Handler Prior Fork Truck experience able to pass company standard for operating Fork Trucks and Power Jacks Basic Computer Skills and Experience with SAP Software or ability to learn SAP software Materials Management module Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write. Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment Must be able to lift and transfer loads up to 50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate power equipment and manual pallet jacks. Previous experience in a kitting, inventory or warehouse role is preferred, but not required.
