Position Overview:

A fast-paced and innovative robotics organization is seeking a dependable and adaptable Warehouse Assistant to join its Test Operations team. This position supports day-to-day operational needs by preparing test materials, moving and setting up equipment, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Move, stack, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs (primary responsibility) Assist in team lifts for items exceeding 50 lbs Operate pallet jacks and assist with equipment transport Set up test equipment including fencing, conveyors, and pallets Support technicians in assembling large-scale test setups and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization in testing areas and storage spaces Follow verbal and written instructions from technicians and engineers Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient with basic computer tools, including Google Chat, Gmail, and task-tracking software Excellent time management and organizational abilities Professional and customer-focused demeanor when working in front of external visitors Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities Team-oriented and able to pivot between tasks quickly Self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in physically intensive roles (e.g., moving, rigging, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) Comfortable using hand and power tools #IND2
