Duties Build and assemble orders for shipment according to specifications. Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accuracy in inventory management. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Maintain organization within the warehouse by following established procedures for materials handling. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Capability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement. Previous experience operating a reach truck or pallet jack is preferred, but not mandatory.
