Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor mechanical production machines such as punch presses, injection molders, die cutters, or packaging machines Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Adjust machine settings for optimal performance Load raw materials and unload finished products Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
