Warehouse Associate Position Available In Norfolk, Massachusetts

Warehouse Associate Flexible Recruiting Solutions, LLC Braintree, MA 02184 Warehouse Associate Jacobson Floral Supply, the largest distributor of floral hardgoods in New England, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate for the Braintree location. This position is full-time with benefits – medical, dental, 401(k) match, vacation, holidays, etc. You, as the successful candidate, will assist in the unloading of containers, organization of the warehouse, and picking and packing of orders. This position will work directly with the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager to ensure efficient execution of daily processes. The start hours are flexible starting sometime between 6:00 to 9:00 AM Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as required. Must have the flexibility to work second shift hours during peak season. Qualifications and Skills At least 2 years of Warehouse experience. Experience working with Location Based Inventory Systems. Forklift, Pallet Jack, and other electronic material handling equipment experience. Forklift certification preferred. Experience shipping small parcels with FedEx., UPS, etc. Must be able to lift 60 pounds and load and unload containers repeatedly. Good math skills (addition and multiplication). Able to be on your feet for the entire shift and comfortable working in cold and hot conditions. Efficient and timely while maintaining a sense of urgency under pressure. A valid Driver’s License (non-CDL) and a willingness to rarely do deliveries as needed in peak season. Excellent spatial awareness and organizational skills. Excellent English communication skills. Must take direction well and be a fast learner.
