This includes operating within the Clean Room facility. Secondary duties will also include receiving, packing, shipping, inventory, and all other warehouse functions. Responsibilities and Duties As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Warehouse Associate. These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require. Perform hose assemblies and tube bending/assemblies. Demonstrate understanding of company objectives and operating standards. Ensure customers’ orders are completed in an efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Comply with all related compliance requirements and operating procedures when working in the Clean Room environment. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately. Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure delivery schedules are met. Assist all operations of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and transportation. Safely drive forklift to pull and move materials within the warehouse. Ensure the proper disposition of all inbound/outbound freight. Maintain facility, vehicles, and equipment. Keep a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all TEK’s safety rules, regulations, and quality standards. Adhere to all TEK’s handbook policies and procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Good written and oral communication skills Good organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to measure using different tools Ability to read and transfer data accurately Basic math and computer skills Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction Strong work ethic; self-motivated Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, suppliers, and management Preferred Qualifications One or more years of mechanical assembly, hose crimping Clean room operations Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Lean manufacturing Company Benefits 401k with Company Match Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-term disability Short-term disability Paid Time Off Paid Holidays
