Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the efficient movement and storage of goods within a warehouse facility. Additional duties may include inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe work environment and operation warehouse equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Stock management: Organizing and store inventory in designated areas, maintain organized aisles and performing inventory counts as needed.
Equipment Operation:
Potentially operating vehicles like forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Safety and Cleanliness:
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Conducting routine safety checks and maintaining warehouse equipment like forklifts, and pallet jacks.
Data Entry:
Using computer systems to record inventory, track shipments, and manage order information consistently throughout the workday. Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and maintain efficiency. Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. At least two years of related experience required. Forklift operator certification required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, crawl etc.
