This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team environment. Daily tasks are assigned based on operational needs, so flexibility and a positive attitude are key. Responsibilities Load and unload containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers) Use hand and power tools (drum carts, impact wrenches, saws, etc.) Move materials (hazardous and non-hazardous) within the facility Construct, label, and stack boxes and containers Sort and disassemble materials for recycling Operate recycling/material processing equipment (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform routine equipment inspections and general housekeeping Assist with paperwork and material transport when needed Requirements High School diploma or GED preferred 3-6 months of relevant experience in hazardous waste, chemicals, or material handling preferred Forklift experience and equipment handling skills a plus Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to perform physical labor and adapt to changing tasks
