Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the shipping and receiving of flower accessories such as vases and other products. The position requires proficiency with a ride-on pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Operate ride-on pallet jack for efficient transportation of goods. Handle domestic shipping and receiving of flower accessories. Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate inventory control. Conduct packing and picking tasks to prepare items for shipment. Ensure proper packaging of products for safe delivery. Maintain an organized warehouse environment. Support material handling processes efficiently. Assist in all aspects of shipping and receiving operations. Essential Skills Experience with warehouse forklifts. Proficiency in inventory control and management. Skills in packing, picking, and packaging. Ability to handle material efficiently. Experience in shipping and receiving processes. Competence with pallet jack operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience operating a forklift. Familiarity with pallet jack operations. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a warehouse setting with standard hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, extending until tasks are completed. The role involves handling warehouse equipment and requires adherence to safety protocols. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, Massachusetts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
