General Labor Position Available In Androscoggin, Maine

Job Title:

General Labor Job Description Now hiring for packagers/laborers in Auburn. In this role, you will work on a production line packaging building materials coming off the manufacturing line. You will utilize various production equipment and follow work instructions. This position requires you to consistently lift 50+ lbs. During your shift, there will be constant bending, twisting, lifting, and moving. Basic inspection elements are involved. You must be able to communicate effectively verbally. Responsibilities Work on a production line packaging building materials. Utilize various production equipment. Follow work instructions accurately. Consistently lift 50+ lbs. Perform basic inspection tasks. Engage in constant bending, twisting, lifting, and moving. Communicate effectively with team members. Essential Skills Attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. General labor or manufacturing experience preferred. Effective verbal communication skills. Work Environment Work in a hot, adverse environment within a brick facility. You will be part of a team of less than 30 people, with machines that throw a lot of heat. This is a physically demanding job. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Maine. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
