We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Aviation Warehouse Specialist to join our team and ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of aviation parts and equipment. Job Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aviation parts and materials. Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations following industry regulations. Process orders, pick and pack parts, and prepare shipments according to customer requirements. Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, and company safety regulations. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems. Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to fulfill orders efficiently. Ensure proper handling and packaging of sensitive and high-value aircraft components. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification. Attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. The ability to lift 50lbs.
