In this role, you’ll inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools. Ideal candidates will have experience with manual labor, carpentry, or warehouse work and are comfortable in a physically active environment.

Pay Rate:

Training Pay:

$15.50/hour

Post-Training Pay:

Up to $24.00/hour, based on individual production

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues Use tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets Replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove/replace nails Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in manual labor or similar field Must be able to lift 75 to 100 lbs consistently (250-300 times/day) Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, saws, or hand tools Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods Willingness to work in a warehouse environment (dust, noise, changing temperatures) Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed
