The ideal candidate will play a role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Duties Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage shipments. Fabricate packaging materials as required for various products. Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accurate counts of incoming and outgoing packages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Proficiency in operating forklifts and reach trucks; certification is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
