Warehouse Freezer Associate Bono Burns Dist., Inc. 3616 South Big Bend Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63143 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in a freezer environment . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling frozen goods and performing various tasks related to inventory, shipping, and receiving. This position requires working in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C). Proper freezer gear and safety training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage frozen products for shipment Operate RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels Use forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials safely Build and assemble pallets, ensuring secure packaging Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipments Maintain cleanliness and organization in the freezer and warehouse areas Load and unload trucks as needed Update inventory records using a warehouse management system Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Qualifications Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred but not required Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse equipment is a plus Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting Benefits Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Freezer gear and safety equipment provided Opportunities for growth and advancement Join us and be part of a team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment—where your contributions help keep things moving, even in the cold!
