We are seeking individuals with a mechanical background or experience. Starting pay is negotiable and based on prior experience in a mechanical field. RCL Components is looking to hire for the position: General Labor/Disassembly . The duties will consist of the following: disassembling commercial equipment, sorting parts into different bins based on unit, cleaning and washing disassembled parts and units, and other job duties as assigned. Duties:

Operate power and hand tools to assemble or disassemble machines Follow detailed instructions to ensure proper assembly or disassembly Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet RCL’s production expectation for each department

Requirements:

Know and apply RCL Safety Policy and Procedures On-time, full attendance on a daily basis Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Ability and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed, as well as overtime throughout the week A positive, team-player mindset
