The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to sanitizing equipment, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced and labor-intensive environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment and delivery. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries are processed correctly. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by properly storing materials, following protocols set forth by the Warehouse Manager. Assist with regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy. Safely unload pallets of equipment and supplies. Attend to cleaning and sanitizing of all incoming equipment following protocol set forth by the Warehouse Manager. Lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the day. Attend to grounds assuring that debris and trash is removed on a regular basis throughout the day. Willingness to work in all weather conditions. Follow safety protocols at all times while performing tasks within the warehouse. Assist with other duties as assigned in the warehouse and shipping departments. Skills Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting DME issues. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and cleanliness in all duties. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Physical stamina to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts. Must pass drug screen upon hire and random drug screens. Must have a clean background check and reliable transportation.
