Reports To:

Shipping/Warehouse Manager We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join a dynamic team! This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipping of customer orders, as well as maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
Pick, stage, and label customer orders accurately according to pick tickets.
Load shipments in compliance with vendor guidelines and complete all required shipping documentation.
Follow all instructions provided by the Shipping/Warehouse Manager or their designee.
Unload finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) from production, placing items in designated storage locations and accurately documenting SKU data.
Report any issues related to product quality, equipment, safety, or employee conduct to management immediately.
Wear safety glasses and follow all safety procedures while working in the facility and operating powered lift equipment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or their designee.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment is a plus.
Experience operating forklifts or powered lift vehicles is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Basic math and documentation skills for tracking inventory.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Dedicated to maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Hours and Compensation:

Starting pay $14.50 +

First Shift:

5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Second Shift:

1:00 PM – 9:00
