• 3rd Shift position located in Pelahatchie, MS.

Job SummaryA General Laborer assists the operators at various machine centers throughout the plant. This full time person will fill in for people at various tasks when are they absent. Essential FunctionsDemonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment Complete required quality inspections per customer specifications and paperwork

• quality is the responsibility of all employees Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance Provide an active role in the housekeeping of the assigned area Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements Work in die cutting as the assistant operator.

Remove corrugated sheets from back of die cutter. Help Die Cut Operator set up the machine. Work on the Automation as an assistant operator. Feed corrugated sheets into the Automation. Work in the corrugator department as the Off Bearer or the Baler Operator. Place load ticket into units of corrugated sheets. Complete necessary paperwork. Work on the Specialty Folder Gluer as a helper. Remove bundles of corrugated stock and stack onto bay sheets per customer requirements. Work in miscellaneous on specific projects. Assist with double-feed orders. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Performance Measures and Outcomes. Adherence to safety policies and procedures. Quality of work. Production goals. Education/CertificationHigh school diploma or equivalentWork ExperienceNoneAdditional Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSafety sensitive position
