• Demonstrate and master the skills to properly cook all food items within established time standards
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning work area and equipment
• Check smokers for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures
• Master and execute all duties
• Perform other duties as assigned.
