Shipping – 1st Shift Wash Dock Worker Position Available In Buncombe, North Carolina

Milkco is seeking Wash Dock Workers to work on 1st shift. Candidates will repair all Class A pallets using a nail gun. Candidates will wash every trailer before it is moved from the Wash Dock to the Shipping Yard. The position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, and occasionally on Saturdays. Milkco will train the right candidate! Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant. We process, bottle, and ship fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. Employment Requirements:

Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Compensation Information:

Automatic 60-Day Pay Review
Automatic Annual Pay Review

Shift Differentials Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day on a concrete floor.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs. Experience Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
