Warehouse Associates – All Shifts Position Available In Buncombe, North Carolina

Job Description:

Warehouse Associate Positions 1 st Shift (Mon-Fri) 7am 3:30pm -$17.83/hr. 2 nd Shift (Mon-Fri) 4pm 12:30am – $19.83/hr. WeekendShift (Saturday & Sunday) 6am 6pm – $20.68/hr.

Objective:

The roleof the Warehouse Associate, is to select material handlingequipment (Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, etc.) within the warehousewalls to move and shift products and build customer orders. Allcustomer orders are loaded onto delivery trucks to be delivered tocustomer locations. Warehouse Associates are a key component inproviding excellent service to our customers and in getting ourvariety of products in the hands of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform operations to load and unload freight inan efficient manner Move product to storage areas and efficientlystack and store the product in the appropriate area. Ability towork in a fast-paced demanding environment. Repack, label, andweigh orders as required to ensure shipment of product. Operate allmaterial handling equipment safely. Daily inspect and perform minormaintenance on equipment. Ensure paperwork is completed and handledaccurately. Check or count product for accuracy and damage.

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist with thetaking of physical inventory. Perform miscellaneous activities asdirected by your manager to efficiently support the warehouseoperation.

Education and Skills:
