What You’ll Do:

Operate a forklift for most of your shift and assist with material handling in a high-performance warehouse environment. You’ll be trusted with tasks that keep production moving and customers happy, including: Safely operating a forklift and hand trucks Using banding equipment, packaging materials, and basic tools Handling finished cable products: storage, pulling orders, and repackaging Loading trucks and ensuring secure loads Inspecting product for accuracy, special markings, and correct packaging Maintaining a clean, organized workspace Supporting warehouse inventories Requires ability to pass a forklift assessment while operating equipment

Work Experience The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

High School Diploma or GED Previous experience operating a forklift or material handling equipment. (Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one) Ability to pass a forklift assessment while operating equipment Ability to work a 12-hour day/night shift on a 4 days on/4 days off rotating schedule (including holidays, weekends, & overtime) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Team-player mindset and good communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, twisting, and reaching throughout a 12-hour shift We don’t hire temps, we hire
