Position Summary:

Overnight Sofa is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to support our fabric and sewing operations. This role is essential to keeping our production floor running smoothly by ensuring that the cutting and sewing departments are fully stocked and supported with the necessary materials. This is a first shift position working Monday – Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Weigh and record fabric as needed for production runs. Load rolls of fabric into cutting machines safely and efficiently. Deliver materials, supplies, and components to the cutting and sewing departments as requested. Maintain organized inventory of fabrics and materials. Assist in receiving and storing incoming materials. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours & Pay:
