The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, team-oriented, and focused on delivering a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Obtain freight quotes and prepare bills of lading Receive documents via e-mail from the main office and process for warehouse personnel Process UPS shipments on UPS Worldship software Process Day End paperwork Data Entry into the company ERP system Interact with customers on phone and via e-mail to provide shipping information and order status Keep shipping office clean, neat, and organized Support warehouse manager as needed. Background/Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Detailed-oriented Ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize requests Good written and verbal skills Customer service experience Basic computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook Self-motivated Strong organizational skills Proven work experience in an office setting (2 years) ERP experience is a plus Work Environment Air-conditioned facility Team-oriented Face-paced Growing company
