Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of raw material and finished products. Relations with customers. Control of production orders. Warehouse and quality management. Organizes delivery of finished products to customers. Controls compliance with the schedule for the delivery of finished products to the warehouse. Agrees the delivery time with the customer and controls whether the products are delivered to the customer on time. Participates in loading finished products. Keeps records of production tasks, outbound products, reports on fulfilled orders, and participates in inventories. Collects information about new orders received and passes it on to the manager, also provides weekly reports on the total number of orders and the current situation Collects information about customer orders, controls their fulfillment Administers the customer accounting ECIS program and collects data based on reports prepared by customer’s analyses. Coordinates daily logistics processes. Organizes transportation of finished products from external warehouses. Ensures compliance with quality management and environmental standards and requirements in its work. Constantly analyzes and makes proposals for the improvement of quality management and environmental standards.
We believe you:
Have a university degree or a background in production is an advantage. Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in technology, clerical, and production development, . Possess analytical thinking and are capable of calculations and data systematization. Possess ability to work company computer programs.
