Job Title:

ILS WarehouseOperator In Raleigh – Durham, North Carolina, Lilly is constructinga new and cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Thisplant will be one of Lilly’s most technically advancedmanufacturing sites and will include highly automated materialflows and automated material storage and retrieval systems. TheSupply Chain will be highly integrated, minimizing inventoryholding, utilizing reusable/returnable containers and pallets inclosed loop system design. The ILS (Intralogistics Systems)Warehouse Operator will join the Warehouse and Logistics teamsupporting automated material handling processes in support ofqualification and commercial production activities. The role willultimately be considered a warehouse operations SME (Subject MatterExpert) responsible for supporting Intralogistics processes. Inaddition to providing daily operational support, the ILS WarehouseOperator will support the Warehouse Specialist and ILS Technicalsupport teams in executing project related functions related to thecommissioning of processes within the warehouse and logisticsorganization.

Job Responsibilities:

Support site start-up andprovide subject matter expertise in warehouse and logisticaloperations. Support ILS Warehouse Specialist, control toweroperations and manufacturing team with all material movementsinside of the facility. Support and engage with control towersupport, automation technicians, manufacturing operations personneland Level I support team by executing required EWM systemtransactions. Ensure replenishment of production lines is occurringwith automated systems on-time. Partner with support teams forappropriate escalations and issue resolution. Maintain a safe workenvironment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSEcorporate and site goals. Quality experience with a safety firstand quality always mindset. Support inventory personnel to ensureinventory accuracy is maintained across integrated systems. Partnerwith warehouse and production operations teams with a customermindset working to improve operation uptime of the different areas.

Support daily process teams discussions regarding automation KPIsand equipment utilization. Follow all GMP, and other regulatoryrequirements. Participate in quality initiatives and audits.

Compliance to FDA, EMEA, DEA, OSHA, IDEM, and EPA regulations. Meetappropriate goals for performance improvement as defined by areaLeadership. Maintain learning plan at 100% current. Follow andexecute policies and procedures impacting warehouse activities.

Basic Requirements:

High School Diploma 2 years of previouswarehouse/logistics experience in a GMP environment
