Contract Logistics Specialist Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 7am to 5pm

Job Description:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers Prepare shipping documentation, BOLs, and labels Monitor inventory movement and update records in warehouse management systems Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and drivers regarding delivery timelines Assist with resolving shipping issues or delays Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations Proficiency in inventory software, WMS, and Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with DOT regulations and shipping requirements is a plus

Picker/Packer Schedule:

Weekend Shift, Friday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm

Job Description:

Pick items from inventory shelves according to order sheets or handheld scanners Accurately pack and label products for shipment Conduct visual inspections of items for damage or defects Maintain organized packing stations and stock packing materials Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks when needed Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Support inventory counts and cycle counts as required

Position Requirements:
