This position is a temp-hire 1st shift Monday-Thursday 6:50am-4:20pm, and then Friday’s is 6:50am-10:50am. You will be working in the returns department. Pay is $14.50hr
POSITION SUMMARY
Loads and moves materials within facilities, yard, or work sites by performing the following duties in accordance with standards set by company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The incumbent may be required to perform all, or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity: Process inbound returns POs, checking packing lists/RA (return authorization) verifying correct product was received. Work with CSR to resolve RA changes/costumer communication, stocking and posting inventory. Ability to perform the tasks of each functional group within the returns department. Including auditing, picking/shipping/troubleshooting, and returns put-away. Meets the department quality, productivity, and attendance standards. Follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. Performs the physical tasks involved in returns receipts and put -aways functions. Communicates with management to relocate products. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together. Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators. Operates hand truck hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products. Assures work area is clean and orderly by sweeping, picking up trash, dusting. Properly dispose empty cartons, paper and tape rolls, tape, etc. Performs the duties of at least one other position as directed by supervisor
