Warehouse Technician

Bridgeport Drive, Kernersville, NC 27284 Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Responsible for moving incoming/outgoing warehouse inventory from the warehouse to and from the tractor trailer Assist with storage and organization of products after events Maintain a safe work environment and ensure upkeep of the physical location Communication of project status with relevant personnel Meets all assigned goals and assists others in accomplishing their goals. Collaborates and maintain successful team relationships Assist with additional projects as needed

Knowledge and Skills:

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs regularly and up to 80lbs occasionally Must be able to stand for long periods of time Previous experience working in a warehouse desired Knowledge and application of warehouse functions & equipment Must maintain a valid and current driver’s license Good communication skills Ability to use time wisely and manage multiple priorities Reporting to this

Physical Demands:

This position lifts heavy objects of up to 80+ pounds, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls and carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.

Work Environment:

This position regularly works in a warehouse and office environment. The noise level in the work environment is commensurate with a warehouse site. This position secondarily works in a fabrication environment that includes cold, heat, and humidity. The noise level in the work environment is commensurate with a construction site.

Expected Hours of Work/Travel:

This is a full-time position in the Winston Salem office during regular business hours. Days and hours of work are dictated by the nature of the scope of work which can include long hours and weekend work.
