Temporary Warehouse Workers Needed –
Forklift Operation & Container Unloading Duration:
Immediate need for the next two weeks, with potential to convert to full-time within 60-90 days based on performance and business needs

Monday through Friday, standard daytime hours (exact shift times may vary based on load volume)
Position Overview:
We are preparing to receive several floor-loaded containers at our Gastonia warehouse and are seeking three (3) dependable and physically capable temporary warehouse associates . The role involves unloading, sorting, palletizing, and wrapping freight. The ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift is essential. These are hands-on positions in a fast-paced environment with potential for full-time hire based on individual performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload floor-loaded containers manually and with forklift support Sort freight by type, purchase order, or other specifications Palletize items according to company or customer standards Wrap pallets securely and prepare them for storage or distribution Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and directions from warehouse leadership
Requirements:
Proficient in operating a sit-down forklift Prior experience unloading floor-loaded containers is preferred Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
