Hooper Hill Road, Dallas, NC 28034 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Loader to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring that all products are handled safely and accurately. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment. Duties Operate heavy equipment including pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and order pickers to load and unload materials. Build and organize pallets for shipment, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products. Perform order picking tasks, accurately selecting items based on customer orders. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize loading processes and improve efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Assist with materials handling tasks as needed to support overall warehouse operations. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred. Familiarity with pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and order pickers is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Previous experience in warehouse settings or materials handling is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards are critical for success in this role. Must be able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
