1st Shift General Labor 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Browns Summit, NC 27214 The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a 1st Shift General Labor to work at a company located in the Browns Summit, NC area! Job Title 1st Shift General Labor Position Location Browns Summit, NC 27214 Pay/hours for position 15.00 per Hour Monday-Friday Requirements of position Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Food processing experience preferred. After initial training period has been completed, employee will stack cases of product onto pallet, record time of production of each case, record weight of each case, and label each case according to the product being produced.
Job Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively through out entire shift. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, lifting, bend, stoop, kneel, walk up stairs, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Ability to work as team member and meet assigned deadlines. Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment. May be required to use pallet jack. May be required to obtain internal forklift certification. Ability to climb portable ladders and climb steps/stairs several times during shift. Perform any and all other duties as instructed by leadership and management.

Calibrate scales and tares weight according to product being produced. Ensure box lines and printers are running properly. Obtain and makes empty boxes. Visual checks on packs of products for quality. Seal and Label boxes of product using the tape machine. Lift and stage boxes on pallets for shipment or storage. Record time produced and weight of product on production sheet. Move completed pallets to staging area.
