Parts are moved to appropriate storage area by identifying information. Pick up or deliver parts to various vendors. A current and valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required. 35%

Function:

Count and sort parts by location, product number and description. Store on shelves or in areas according to identifying information. Capable of being certified and able to operate a forklift
Able to use pallet jack (Manual/electric)
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to push/pull 100 pounds
Available to work overtime
Able to inspect parts for dimensions, color and conformity to standard
Accept additional duties and assist other departments/cells as required.
Document any shortage or overage by vendor 10%

Function:

Expedites transfer of parts from stock areas to production areas Able to read and comprehend production schedules
Enter transfers
Able to use pallet jack (Manual/electric)
Able to lift 50 pounds
Able to push/pull 100 pounds 40%

Function:

Move and transport parts. Pick up or deliver parts, items or furniture. Must have a valid NC driver’s license
Certifiable to drive KI High Point vehicles
Must have a good driving record
Able to lift 50 pounds
Able to push/pull 100 pounds
Capable of being certified and able to operate a forklift 10%

Function:

Cycle Counts and Inventory Perform cycle counts
Assist with inventory counts
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry our detailed written or oral instructions
Ability to key in data, type and operate a computer keyboard
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Recognize parts by identifying information such as style, size, etc. 5%

Function:

Follow Safety and KI – High Point rules, regulations and policies Comply with all safety rules and regulations (example: Safety Glasses)
Comply with KI – High Point rules, regulations and policies in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, posted or any that the employee is notified of
Comply with 6S standards
Ensure cleanliness of work areas
Cross train in other areas
Accept additional duties as required
