We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in North Carolina ! The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Salary is regionally based at $16- $18 per hour. The primary role would be as a quality checker, providing support to our food distribution team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing food products against quality standards and specifications. Check packaging, labeling, expiration dates, and product condition. Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformities. Ensure proper storage and handling practices are followed throughout the distribution process. Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors regarding quality issues or product holds. Follow food safety protocols including company SOPs. Assist in internal audits and inventory checks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection areas. Escalate any food safety concerns immediately to QA leadership.
